Painting for a Cause
Due to the high volume of requests for these events, they are given at a first come, first serve.
HOW IT WORKS
Fundraisers are run like, “Open Workshops.”
Instruction ( 1 teacher for about every 18 people)
All Art Materials (Canvas, Paint, Easels, Brushes, Smocks, Paper Towels)
Online Booking (must prepay online. No cash at door. No exceptions)
Basic Website and Facebook advertising
Taking Payment (involves terms agreed to and books guests officially)
Set your Max number of guests
Advertising/ Inviting guests

Set up date and time with expected number of guests
We will set up the online booking form and provide you a link and details for your guests
Enrollment ENDS 4 days before the event
Price is $60/ guest at check out
$20 per guest will be given to your organization via check on the party date
You get to choose the photo we paint from our Copyright approved list
We arrive 30-40 min before start paint time to set up.
Instruction is about 2.5 hours
We clean up for about 30 min after the event.

No refunds/no Reschedules. Hostess is responsible for communicating this with guests.
*Photographs will be taken at the time of the event to share online. You agree to allow photographs of you, your family, on your home and property by registering.
Snow/Ice Policy: A workshop can be rescheduled by Happy Valley Sip and Paint up to 1 hour before the event due to extreme weather. Extreme weather is classified by an instructor not being able to safely get to AND/OR from your location. If this happens, the party will be rescheduled within one month, during an off peak time (Monday-Thursday evening). No refunds .
